Reservation terms

Long Game Oats is sold by MJ Smith Enterprises LLC. These terms cover reservations made before the first production run.

Reserving is free. Reserving saves your card with our payment processor, Stripe. Nothing is charged when you reserve.
We email before we charge. Long Game Oats is in development. Before we charge anything, we will email you the expected ship date and the price you reserved at.
Charged when it ships. We charge your card only when your first box ships. If you reserved a subscription, we then charge the same monthly price each month until you cancel.
Cancel anytime before it ships. Use the link on your confirmation page or in any email from us. Cancelling removes your saved card, and you won't be charged.
Delays. If our ship date changes, we will email you the new date before charging, and you can cancel at no cost.
Shipping. Subscriptions ship free within the United States. A single box ships for $5.95.
30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your first box, email us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, even if it's opened.
Cancelling a subscription. After your first order ships, you can cancel future shipments at any time by emailing us before your next charge.
