Privacy policy

This policy explains what MJ Smith Enterprises LLC collects through the Long Game Oats website and how we use it.

• What we collect: your first name and email when you reserve, the ad or link that brought you here, and basic technical data such as your IP address and browser, used for fraud prevention and to measure our advertising.
• Payments: your card is saved and stored by Stripe, not by us. We never see or store your full card number.
• Advertising: we use the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure which ads lead to reservations. Meta may receive a hashed (scrambled) version of your email and the technical data above.
• How we use it: to manage your reservation, email you about shipping and your order, and measure our ads.
• Sharing: we do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that run this site and process payments (Stripe, Supabase, Vercel and Meta).
• Your choices: to see, correct or delete your information, contact smithjoshg@gmail.com.
